Dear Members,

      Twenty fifth Annual General Body Meeting of Signals Forum Noida will be held on 0 5 Jan 2020,(Sunday) at AVCC Sector 37 Noida at 1130 hrs.All members are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend. Members are requested to forward points if any to the General Secretary by 25th Dec, 2019.Ladies are welcome and requested to participate.

     Meeting will be followed by elections of the Committee Members. Those desirous of contesting for the post of President, Vice President, joint Secretary & Treasurer and the General Secretary may forward their names to the under signed by 25th Dec, 2019.

                         A merry  christmas and a very very very happy new year to you all in advance. Further to my mail on the above subject, the points if any be also forwarded to me by 31Dec,2018. As regards the payment, due to some technical difficulty the  payment of Rs 150 per person will be preferred in cash, however if some member wishes to make the payment by cheque only then this may be made in favour of either " Col Bansi kaul" or " Lt Col Om Vir Singh" .

SAD DEMISE LT COL I N TALWAR

Dear Members,

                          With profound grief it is informed that Lt Col I N Talwar, resident of house no 400, sec 37 Noida left for his Heavenly Abode today at 10.30 A M at Fortis Hospital Noida. He was hospitalised for critical illness.We pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul and express our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

The cremation will be held at 12PM tomorrow ( 01 Dec,2018 at antim Niwas sector 94 Noida (UP)

BOGIBEEL BRIDGE DIBRUGARH

 1.   For a moment please let me take my friends who have served in the  East,  South of Brahmputra River in 70s and earlier will recall that there was just one bridge carrying Road as well as Meter Gauge train to Gauhati . Before this bridge came up trains and road transport would terminate on the North Bank,  passengers ferried cross and put into waiting train on the South Bank in Gauhati for on ward journey into the inner land unknown to the Nation.
